In this video from the 2024 Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport (WWETT) Show, a crew from NuFlow demonstrates a pipe rehabilitation with a 45-degree bend using its NuCure cold cure UV technology.

This technology minimizes the risk of error by activating liners in place, significantly reducing curing time and offering flexibility for contractors to wet-out on or off site.

According to NuFlow, “The reason we call it cold cure is, even with the exotherm you won’t get temperatures above 140 degrees Fahrenheit. This is 4-inch, glass-reinforced fiberglass tubing. It’s a single-part resin, so it’s not affected by either hot or cold. The only thing that will actually cure it off is the light from this 110-volt unit.”
